Workout challenge !

I hope everyone is safe and wanted to say I am missing all of you!

In the mean time, get after this workout!!

.5 mile run in under 3 minutes

100 yard sprints UPHILL, sprint up, walk down, repeat 6x

Pistol or single leg squats x 5 reps each leg superset with suitcases x 10 reps (hold weight if you can)
Repeat 3 times

Goblet squat (use medicine ball, dumbbell, sandbag, get creative!) x 10 reps superset with plank x 1 min
Repeat 3 times
