My dearest Arapahoe family,

I am sure that some of you have heard the news spreading through our small lacrosse community and I would like to be somewhat at the front of the surprise.

After coaching for 3D Lacrosse this past summer, I was surrounded by a club with a system and plan for the future, as well as, a director that knew how to implement it. Mike O’Neil and I have talked about Arapahoe and I saw an opportunity for our program to take a huge leap in the competitive landscape of Colorado.

So, I am stepping down as head coach to be an assistant to the team. This is not an exit strategy for me because I still am very much involved and invested in the success of our team. More importantly, I want to continue to build the connections with the amazing girls we have in our program.

Mike and I are extremely excited to build this program and combine our lacrosse minds to establish a great coaching staff for you girls.

This is just the beginning!
